Watches Online has
a very fair but firm return policy. Watches that are
brand new (never worn, no signs of wear, film protectors
still in place) can be returned for credit up to 30
days from the date of receipt. We do not sell used watches
and will not accept returns or exchanges that show signs
of wear. Under no circumstances will a watch that has
been worn be eligible for a refund.
All
returns must have an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization
Number). However, an RMA# does not guarantee a refund.
There is a restocking fee of fifteen percent plus
applicable shipping charges with a minimum charge
of ten dollars on all returned merchandise. Watches
that are returned without an RMA# will be considered
an unauthorized return and may be refused at our option.
If you are given an RMA# do not forget to return the
instruction manuals, warranty card, and gift box with
all original packing materials.

Give a brief explanation and reason for your return
request. This will allow us to determine whether an
RMA# can be issued.

Freight
charges are non-refundable. It is your responsibility
to ship the watch back to us at the above address.
Do not forget to insure the watch for full value plus
shipping costs. Once your package has arrived we will
email you that we have received it. There are some
exceptions to the above stated policy. In those cases,
we will assess the return policy on an individual
basis in writing.
